He has been practicing urology for over 28 years and is associated with various urology societies in India.

Sandeep Guduru, brings with him 15+ years of diverse experience across various sectors in Healthcare & Marketing. In the past Sandeep has been the Facility Director at Fortis Hospitals in Delhi and Mumbai and has spent about 10 years in various leadership roles within the group.

Ravindra Varma, has brought in new frontiers of Urology to this quaint little city, by doing the first lap donor Nephrectomy in this part of the state. He has 18 years of clinical expertise in handling Urological cases. His special field of interest is Lap Urology, Reconstructive Urology and is very passionate about Pediatric Urology.

Dr. Joydeep Ghose completed his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Bangalore, followed by an MS in General Surgery from Medical College, Kolkata. He then pursued his M.Ch in Urology from Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur. With extensive experience in Endourology, Renal Transplantation, and Reconstructive Surgeries, Dr. Ghose has established himself as a leading urologist in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant Urologist at the Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology in Siliguri, West Bengal, he is dedicated to providing advanced urological care to his patients.

Dr. B. Vijay Kiran holds a DM in Nephrology from Andhra Medical College and a DNB in Nephrology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He also earned his MRCP and SCE from the Royal College of Physicians, London, and completed a fellowship at St. John's Medical College. With over 14 years of experience in nephrology, Dr. Kiran specializes in kidney transplantation, dialysis (including CAPD), glomerular disorders, pediatric nephrology, and the medical management of bladder abnormalities. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant Nephrologist at the Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology in Siliguri, providing expert care to patients with complex kidney conditions. He is also a member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, Delhi.
